A range of options to suit your precise needs
Many of our clients have elected to place their hosting requirements in our hands, seeing benefits in terms of cost, performance and security.
Their logic is simple and it certainly makes sense for the software vendor to take charge of the process, freeing up valuable IT resources. It should also be borne in mind that outsourcing your hosting requirements limits the impact of ever increasing costs for the online business. We have the resources to react quickly to limit downtime and provide full backup facilities for complete peace of mind.
Whilst every situation is different in some way, a number of options are available and all benefit from the facilities of our state of the art data centre:

Fully secure, monitored 24/7 by CCTV, with access by swipe card only.

Security is obviously paramount and it is worth noting that our facilities have full Police security approval and that the Police themselves, along with many other leading companies, choose to use our services. There are a number of available options:
Co-Location Service
We provide appropriate rack space and bandwidth, within our secure Datacentre. The server is wholly owned by the client, who is also responsible for its support and maintenance. This is the simplest and least expensive option that we offer.
Dedicated Managed service
We provide a brand new server which we fully manage on the client's behalf. There are no other costs other than the annual payment. The key client benefit is removing the need to employ technical staff and the peace of mind that our technicians are constantly monitoring your system and carrying out regular system audits and preventative maintenance.
Customers who are looking to maximise performance and uptime in business critical environments take advantage of this service. This our most expensive option but also, by far, the most robust. Backups are taken care of centrally and our high volume SQL Servers can be brought online at a moments notice, if required.
Obviously all the standard hosting options are included.
Shared Managed Service
In common with the Dedicated Managed Service, a full CMS with test/live environments is provided, the shared element means that other customers will utilise the same server with a maximum of 4 customers per server.
The service is virtually identical to the dedicated managed service except that the cost is split 4 ways.
