R4 Enterprise Web Content Management
Introducing R4
What is the Contensis R4 ECMS?
Contensis Enterprise CMS is a software solution developed to enable web content to be managed by non-technical users, within a fully scalable and flexible environment.

Although Contensis has been developed for intuitive use at every level within an organisation with little or no training, web designers and programmers will enjoy the advanced features.
There are a wide range of pre-built components and controls within the system that significantly reduce project build times.
It is ideal for Internet sites, Intranets, Extranets, and Portals either as standalone sites or in any combination.
The product is browser based which means that content can be contributed, edited and managed by any authorised user, anywhere. By this mechanism local editors, external agencies and outworkers can work in complete collaboration, irrelevant of their physical location.
Diverse content types and unlimited pages
Diverse types of content can be seamlessly handled, such as HTML, ASP, PHP, Flash, Microsoft® Office Documents, XML, VBscript, Bespoke Applications etc.
There is no limit to the number of sites or number of pages that can be contained and managed within the system, or to the variety of delivery channels through which content can be fed.
A fully scalable and future-proofed solution
Contensis has been developed using the latest international development standards with a development cycle that embraces the latest technology.
Features such as the XML core of the system ensure that content can be delivered and managed both today and in the future.
The system allows for phased implementation, through non-technical editors and contributors and will integrate seamlessly with both your existing and future IT infrastructure.
Content management for the non-technical
Whilst Contensis contains many features to assist designers, developers and programmers, day-to-day content contribution and editing requires no HTML skills.
The WYSIWYG interface is completely intuitive to use and individual editors and contributors will require little or no training.
