We believe that building a powerful content management solution requires a customer-centric philosophy and an inclusive culture.
Philosophy
Our approach is completely customer-centric. Customers are our universe and we see their problems as our problems.
From a software perspective this means that we strive to ensure that every aspect of Contensis is simple to learn and easy to use. We believe we've achieved that, certainly at everyday user level. Even newcomers to the system are normally editing and contributing within minutes.
It's all part of our 'How can we make it simpler' approach.
It's true that developers and programmers will need some formal training if they're going to get to grips with all the pre-built controls and components quickly or need to access the API, but even they will find everything intuitive. This means quicker build times and more feature rich projects.
But our customer-centricity becomes even more apparent when we engage in support, training and implementation. Our people commit to the success of every project and working within the disciplines of PRINCE2 we keep projects on track and on budget, hopefully with just the right amount of good humour.
Culture
We're very lucky to be working in the grounds of a fine old country house, surrounded by stunning scenery. But with most of our clients based in the major cities, there is always plenty of opportunity to re-engage with city life, although many of our clients enjoy a 'day out in the country', where they can work with us away from day to day office pressures.
But whilst our surroundings are important to us, we never take our eye of the ball. We're all clearly focused on our objectives, but we're equally determined to enjoy achieving them.
We have an inclusive culture where everyone is actively encouraged to contribute their ideas. Contensis is the sum of its people and we work hard to make working here as enjoyable and rewarding as we can.
Generally its good working with creative, like-minded people, at least that's what our customers tell us.
